Terms and Conditions

  1. If the dumpster is filled with materials that are unsuitable or weighs more than the permitted amount for the rental, the customer will bear full responsibility for its contents and agree to pay additional fees. The cost of an overweight shipment is $45 per ton. After the can is taken from the property and paid for, the customer's credit/debit card will be charged for any remaining amount, or if no card is on file, cash or cheque. (No dirt, rock, concrete, or asphalt in the dumpster.)

(Any of the aforementioned items found at the dump will be subject to an extra fee equal to the fines incurred.)

  1. The following items cannot be picked up:

10-yard 2 tons or 4,000 lbs/ # of days of rental

20-yard 3 tons or 6,000 lbs/# of days of rental

30-yard 4 tons or 8,000 lbs/# of days of rental

  1. Only fill the dumpster to the line; do not overfill it. The customer will be responsible for paying any overload fines or court rulings that A-1 Dump Services may incur while operating out of the customer's construction site. In addition, the dumpster may not be removed for safety concerns. Excess debris must be paid for and unloaded by the customer.
  1. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an easily accessible route for container maintenance. There will be a trip fee if the dumpster is not ready for pickup or is not accessible. Overloaded containers, low-lying power lines or tree branches, cars or any other objects obstructing access to pick up or drop off a container, material piled high or hanging over the sides of the container, heavy containers that cannot be removed, locked gates or fences, inaccessible driveways or parking lots for any reason, or out-of-control are all valid reasons for us to charge a trip fee to a client. The cost of the excursion can be between $100 and $150. Fuel, driver compensation, and the time required to reroute the drivers planned schedule.
  1. If you cancel your order with A-1 Dump Services by 4 p.m. EST on the business day before to delivery, there is a $25.00 cost. Your credit card will be refunded the amount we charged less $25.00 when we do so. We will deduct the $25 cost from your subsequent order, though. A $150 trip fee will be applied to orders canceled after 4 PM on the business day prior to delivery. This is due to the fact that we have already finished our scheduling and need to make any last-minute adjustments.
  1. Customers are not permitted to move dumpsters. Dumpster removal is included in the rental charge. Any harm done to the dumpster while it is on the customer's job site is the customer's responsibility. Damages incurred will be reimbursed to the client

Damages incurred will be reimbursed to the clientWhile the dumpster is in your hands, please be aware that A-1 Dump Services has no control over inclement weather. This includes rain, snow, sleet, hail, etc. This could have an impact on your dumpster's weight. It is not within our power or capability to use any equipment or devices to keep precipitation or snow from getting inside your dumpster. Furthermore, the dumpsters are not watertight and cannot retain water above the point at which the materials within the dumpster get saturated, or until there is only a slight pooling on the floor of the dumpster. Please be aware that the landfill has to be paid by our company in order to dispose of the contents of your dumpster. We pay by weight, therefore, even if a dumpster weighs more due to water saturation, we still have to pay the landfill. If the weight of your dumpster is impacted by rain, there will be no discounts or reimbursements.
  1. The customer, or others acting on their behalf, shall be solely responsible for any damage to their driveway, yard, etc. resulting from the delivery and/or pickup of the dumpster.
  1. While the dumpster is on the client's job site, the customer is liable for any penalties, impounds, or costs imposed by the state, nation, or city jurisdictions.
  1. The customer is aware of the dumpster's rental period and that it can be extended at any point after it has ended. The dumpster will be collected out of the job site by A-1 Dump Services. Ten dollars will be charged every day after the first rental period until the dumpster is hauled up. All dumpster rentals require payment in full, either before or at the time of delivery.
  1. The client is aware that A-1 Dump Services may send cases to a lawyer or collection agency if the client does not pay all outstanding fees. Customer consents to reimburse Texas Rubbish Dumpsters for all expenses spent as a result of this action, including court costs, collection fees, and late fees ($30 fee on returned checks). This payment is in addition to any amount owed. An account that enters collection status will result in the placement of a mechanic's lien on the property.
